Andrea Jelks is a US Navy veteran and VA-accredited agent (License #55503) who founded Jelks Veteran Services after experiencing the VA system firsthand. Her naval service gave her deep understanding of military life and the challenges veterans face when transitioning to civilian life.
After navigating her own VA claims process, Andrea recognized the need for dedicated, knowledgeable advocacy in the veteran community. She pursued VA accreditation and developed expertise in appeals, claims management, and the complex regulations governing veterans' benefits.
