Andrea Jelks is a master of the Veterans Administration and its numerous programs. She is a Veteran herself and brings her years of service to this position. I had a mixed experience with Jelks Veteran Services. Mrs. Jelks is clearly dedicated and effective at networking to achieve results. However, while she does her job competently, her approach to professionalism and client interaction might not suit everyone. I found that she can take inquiries and disagreements personally, which in my case, resulted in her discontinuing support during an ongoing claim.
