Every Veteran who has dealt with the VA knows how much of a pain they are to deal with. If you’re not waiting on them somewhere in the process, you’re wondering why the injuries you received in the service are not service connected. Well, Andrea doesn’t put up with that. Day and night she continuously checked up on my claim status and was there for me 24/7 for any questions I had about anything during the process. She fought tooth and nail for every claim she helped me with, and is still continuing to do so. She talked me through each step of the filing process, and ensured me I’d be alright. I couldn’t imagine going to someone who wouldn’t take my claim seriously or someone that clocks out at 5:00PM and doesn’t answer texts or calls. That’s not Andrea in the slightest. I recommended some of my fellow veterans to her and will continue to do so, assuring them that they’re in the right hands. And any veteran who’s reading this, you won’t be making a mistake contacting her. 10/10 do recommend.

Before i used Jelks services i did not know I was working with un accredited company, wasted 4 years and once i was recommended to Jelks services it took them 3 months to finally get my 50 to 80 and now working on the other 20

I don't know if I could've done all this on my own. Jelks Services worked on it as quick as possible, we all know how long the VA can take. Even after the first denial, she continued to work on it until we were satisfied. She was prompt with her communication, and explained things in detail. I highly recommend Jelks Veteran Services.
